CAIRNSPRING MILLS DOES IS RIGHT. THEIR FLOUR COMES FROM WHEAT VARIETALS THAT ARE RESEARCHED AND TESTED TO MEET THEIR UNIQUELY HIGH STANDARDS. IT IS STONE-MILLED IN SMALL BATCHES TO ENSURE FRESHNESS AND NEVER HAS ANY ADDITIVES.
