Everything is made in an artisanal fashion, in small batches with organic, locally-sourced produce and grains, when possible.

That was a busy summer! Thank you to the City of Kenmore, my gorgeous friends who made it all possible, and of course to my wonderful customers.

As I transition back into teaching at the fabulous Edmonds College Baking and Pastry Arts Program, my pop-up schedule will slow down. Look for me at Kenmore Food Truck Corner at Cairn Brewing and at winter markets where I'll be selling handmade chocolates for the holidays.

IT IS STONE-MILLED IN SMALL BATCHES TO ENSURE FRESHNESS AND NEVER HAS ANY ADDITIVES.
